I specialize in working with adolescent girls, young adults, women, and parents. I work with my clients so they are able to recognize their strengths and connect with others, and then utilize these skills to help them navigate through difficult and challenging experiences. I also focus on helping to create balance and perspective in their lives.
Depression ~ Anxiety ~ Self-Esteem ~ Self-Confidence
Self-Harm ~ Stress ~ Feeling Overwhelmed ~ Emotion Regulation
My therapeutic style is to work in a collaborative process with my clients. I use a number of different treatment modalities and skills in order to create the right kind of therapy process for each of them. My goal is to connect with each individual, and use an integrative, empathetic, cognitive, and relational model to help them find meaning and create change.
I have been in the social service field providing therapy to my clients since 1996. I have had a private practice in Redmond, WA since 2006.
I live on the Eastside with my husband and two kids. I enjoy being with my family, friends, and dog. I am a huge Seahawks and Sounders fan, and enjoy how sports creates connections. I love the ocean, and cannot resist a great board game.
“I now see how owning our story
and loving ourselves through that process
is the bravest thing that we will ever do.”
