Fees and Insurance

Pricing and Payment Information:

  • I encourage an initial phone consultation that is free of charge.
  • My rate is $200 per hour. Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance carriers so the insurance benefit will vary by plan. I submit insurance claims electronically to most carriers.
